WOMENS HEALTH WORKSHOP - SAT FEB 24th 

 

Looking at health from a more holistic point of view means understanding that our systems are all so correlated and that you need to use more than one approach when addressing health concerns.

 

When our stress levels are not well managed our bodies become inflamed. Inflammation will impact the function of every one of our systems - making it hard to heal, lose excess body fat, or achieve performance goals.

 

ALL your daily actions will contribute to how effectively you can find balance and manage stress - routine, boundaries, movement, sleep, nutrition, exercise, breath work, avoiding toxins, nature, sunlight, vitamins, healthy connections, etc
